I had a really nice weekend at the beach with my sister. We walked the beach, ate right and had a great time. It will be great when the house is fixed up, what a wonderful place to spend some time.
A woman that I don't know has given me new motivation. I used to see her walking about a year ago, now I see her jogging/walking. Looks like she has lost about 30 pounds, and appears to feel great. I really want to walk each day at least thirty minutes..... Don't think that's too much to expect of myself!!
