It's been a pretty great week for the "new diet". I went to the YMCA four times, and ate spinach lasagne every night this past week (we didn't have enough containers to freeze it so I had to eat it) and was able to eat popcorn for the first time in months!!! On top of all that, I lost two pounds. It is so much easier at work now to avoid the temptataions, I've been doing it so long now.
